Thinking of a holiday with families and friends in a private and charming farm house, enjoying the never-same sunrise, sunset and mountain view from your own bedroom windows and flowery backyard? Then look no further.

We are Sydneysiders ourselves and just can’t have enough of the beauty of Southern Highlands. After time and times visit here for different reasons, we finally decided to have our own little piece of the calm and delight in this 18 acres farm. And now we welcome you to share with us and help us with our sweet country dreams.

We are at the same street with the lovely Canyonleigh General Store. Berrima, Moss Vale, Bowral, Fizroy Falls are all in half hour driving distance. Lots of local wineries, antique shops, fine dinning restaurants around or if you pefer natural beauties, you can just do bush walking within our farm or enjoy the countless tracks, parks, nurseries in local area.

Come and enjoy the seasonal changing in our gardens and Southern Highlands. There are tons of different activities that suits young or old families.

The house has 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms: 2 rooms with queen bed, 2 rooms with 2 single beds. There are 2 sofa beds for extra guests in dinning and lough area. A cot bed is available upon request.

The house is perfect for standard 8 person, however we can offer 2 bedrooms only to 4 visitors and maximum capacity of 12 – still enough comfortable space for everyone.

Positioned perfectly on 18 acres (7.3ha approx.) to capture expansive rural views and beautiful sunsets, this quality country style home with wrap around verandas will be sure to charm. Peaceful and private, yet just over 1.5hrs to Sydney and 25 minutes to Bowral, make it your weekend escape.

East facing and surrounded by an established garden with a superb selection of trees and shrubs to provide changing colour and interest throughout all seasons.

12 inch brick construction providing tremendous insulation to keep you comfortable all year round. High ceilings, timber framed windows and doors, and when the weather turns cool, a clever and highly efficient hydronic heating system powered from a wood fired Aga stove.

An open plan kitchen bathed in morning sunshine with charming Aga stove and separate Westinghouse electric cooktop and oven, combined with an informal living area overlooking the garden and boasting South African slate flooring.

Watch the sun setting from the elegant formal living area with spectacular views to the west and with easy access to the rear verandah through French doors.
